Constructed from tough 1-mil and 2-mil polyester film backings coated with cross-linked silicone adhesive systems, our green polymer die cuts resist shrinking, curling, and edge lifting during high-heat powder coat baking, E-coating, and anodizing cycles. They peel away effortlessly in one piece with zero adhesive transfer. Furthermore, their high dielectric breakdown strength makes them optimal for EV battery cell electrical insulation, transformer coils, PCB wave soldering masking, and motor slot liners. Supplied as precision kiss-cut dots, rectangles, and custom CAD shapes on clear split polyester release liners.
